For more than 35 years, organizations large and small have reaped the rewards of
Ramie Arian's expertise. Among his proudest accomplishments is the creation of the Foundation for Jewish Camp. As its first Executive Director, Ramie helped to significantly increase the number of children participating in transformative summers at Jewish camp, thus contributing to a vibrant North American Jewish community.

Reshaped vision, mission and programs, focusing the movement's resources on its highest-impact assets—camps and Israel programs—enabling the movement to weather severe economic crisis.
Grew flagship gap-year Israel program by 125 percent.
Successfully managed programs through periods of significant challenge to participant health and safety.
As Vice President of the Wexner Heritage Foundation, served as senior leader and de facto Chief Operating Officer of the most innovative and impactful adult leadership and education program in the North American Jewish Community.
